In 2022, Vandercar acquired and redeveloped an outdated existing office building in Forest Park, Ohio into a state-of-the-art corporate headquarters for Hillman Group. The client wanted a space close to their existing operation, in effort not to disrupt staffing. Vandercar acquired the building and completely renovated the space to showcase the client’s brand and provide the high-quality environment and amenities required today.
